The Alternative Theatre of Manhattan is dedicating the February 19 performance of its play ANKHST, at the American Theatre of Actors in New York City, to supporting the work of the Amarna Project - all proceeds that evening will be donated to the Amarna Trust.

Geophysics Field School underway

Geophysics Field School underway
The inaugural Amarna Geophysics Field School, jointly run by UCLA and the University of Arkansas, has just begun. A group of students are spending six weeks at Amarna learning about ground-based remote sensing technologies, and will apply these especially to the North City, where much of the ancient ground plan is yet to be retrieved.
